•J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
•A minimum of 5 years of competent performance as an attorney, including advocacy skills.
•A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible managerial experience, including supervision of professional level staff.
•Demonstrated analytical legal writing and skill in applying logical thinking to individual cases; Skill in appraising facts and preparing clear and concise summaries.
•Considerable knowledge of state law, Supreme Court Rules, and professional licensing requirements.
•Demonstrated general management ability and knowledge of supervisory principles
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
•Successful completion of background check.

We seek an associate to join our Business Litigation practice in our Minneapolis office. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and 2 – 5 years of complex litigation experience, preferably in the areas of healthcare, antitrust, securities fraud, and general business litigation. In addition to strong research and writing skills, successful candidates will have experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions in complex business litigation matters. Additional experience in taking and defending depositions and with arbitrations and trials is helpful.
We seek an attorney to join our Financial Industries Litigation practice in our Minneapolis office. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and 2 – 4 years of complex litigation experience handling FINRA and other financial markets litigation/fraud matters. Work in class action litigation or antitrust matters will be helpful. In addition to strong research and writing skills, successful candidates will have experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions in financial markets litigation cases. Additional experience with arbitrations and trials is helpful.
