We have an exciting opportunity in our Minneapolis, Minnesota office for a forward-thinking and dynamic individual who shares our values and has the expertise and commitment to lead these efforts. This position works under the direction of the firm’s Diversity Committee Co-Chairs and Pro Bono Committee Chair and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities for this highly-visible role include developing firm-wide strategies and practices to further diversity, inclusion, and pro bono initiatives; working with firm members and committees to promote the recruitment, retention, mentoring, and advancement of diverse firm members; developing pro bono legal resources, materials, and training for attorneys; monitoring and managing issues of diversity, inclusion, and pro bono in each of the firm’s offices and departments; gathering and presenting data regarding firm diversity and pro bono needs and accomplishments; managing internal and external communications and relationships to promote diversity and pro bono objectives; and conducting community outreach.

Successful candidates will demonstrate understanding of the nuances and sensitivities involved in spearheading change in a large organization, and are skilled at establishing superior inter-personal “people” relationships necessary to interface at all levels, both internally and externally. Candidates should also be skilled in exercising sound judgment and discretion, be flexible and adaptable to change, have highly-effective leadership and supervisory skills, possess outstanding communication skills, and demonstrate respectful and fair treatment of others. Bachelor degree required; law degree preferred.

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY, SAINT PAUL

Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate Associate Attorney position available for an attorney with at least a minimum of three years law experience in these areas.
