CLE: The Fourth Amendment in the Age of Edward Snowden

What is privacy in this modern age and what are it’s boundaries? We will discuss the history and evolution of the 4th Amendment, and the current boundaries of the Government’s right to intrusion of our privacy. From the NSA to the Supreme Court, what does the 4th Amendment now protect, and what is a “reasonable” search and seizure? Edward Snowden disclosures, recent/relevant Minnesota and Supreme Court cases.
