Since 1985, the RCBA Placement Service has specialized in assisting attorneys in the permanent full-time and part-time placement of all non-attorney legal office support personnel. The RCBA Placement Service will advertise job openings and pre-screen applicants. As part of the screening process done by RCBA, each applicant is tested for spelling, grammar, vocabulary, proof reading and keyboard abilities. In addition, confidential screening interviews are conducted and references are checked. Any individual presented to you for your consideration has undergone this process.
Employers pay 10% of the first-year salary of the hired employee. RCBA provides a prorated 90-day guarantee on employees you hire using the process. If the employee terminates for any reason within 90 days of the start of employment, the fee is prorated as follows: 75% within the first 30 days of employment; 50% within 31 to 60 days of employment; and 25% within 61 to 90 days of employment.
Additional Service: If you locate a prospective employee, RCBA will administer the above described tests for a flat fee of $250.00.
