This session will provide a general overview of Medical Assistance planning. It will review Medical Assistance rules, eligibility requirements, asset and income protection planning, liens, estate recovery and the use of special and supplemental needs trusts. The session will also discuss hot topics in the elder law field and provide time for questions and answers.
