Time: 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. - Registration 8:00 to 8:30
Location: Joseph's Grill, 140 South Wabasha, St. Paul
Cost: $10 for RCBA members, $20 for non-members
Breakfast is on your own. You may order from Joseph's menu.
