Recent years have seen increased recognition of unconscious, or implicit, bias in American culture, including in the courts and in the administration of justice. Research has shown that people hold implicit biases that they would not explicitly endorse, simply by absorbing messages from the media, and the world around them. Join us for a panel discussion of how media coverage impacts implicit bias in the courts.
