One in every 4 women and one in every 7 men in the U.S. have been physically assaulted by their intimate partner.
The Tubman Pro Bono Safety Project provides high quality pro bono representation to low-income domestic violence victims seeking civil Orders for Protection (OFP) This CLE provides the training and materials for volunteer attorneys to represent assault victims with obtaining an OFP.
Attorneys who agree to represent a Tubman client within 3 months of the training year may attend the CLE for free, including lunch.* (3.75 CLE credit hours.)

Pro Bono Cost: FREE (including lunch) if you agree to represent a Tubman client within 3 months.
Pro Bono Teleconference: Half-price if you agree to represent a Tubman client within 3 months.
Cost (includes lunch): $45 RCBA members; $60 non-members
Teleconference Cost: $50 RCBA members; $65 non-members
*All Tubman volunteer attorneys must complete a one page Volunteer Attorney Application/information sheet, which will be provided at or prior to the CLE.
