Nominating Committee Seeks Nominations for RCBA Leaders

The RCBA Nominating Committee is seeking a diverse pool of nominees for election to several leadership roles in the organization in 2019-2020.

RCBA Vice President

Nominees are sought for RCBA Vice President for 2019-2020. The elected individual will lead the association as president in 2021-2022.

RCBA Secretary/Treasurer

The RCBA Secretary/Treasurer serves a one-year term as an officer of the association.

RCBA Board of Directors

Three at-large positions on the RCBA Board of Directors will be available for three-year terms beginning July 1, 2019. Participation on the board of directors enables members to be involved in creating the strategic direction of the organization.

Representatives and Alternates to the Minnesota State Bar Association

The RCBA will elect six representatives to the MSBA Assembly, the policy-making body of the MSBA. Each position is a one-year term.

MSBA Council Representative

The RCBA has one representative on the Minnesota State Bar Association Council, which serves as the board of directors for the MSBA. The term is three years

MSBA Secretary

Nominees are sought for MSBA Secretary for 2019-2020. The elected individual will lead the MSBA as president in 2022-2023.

Ramsey County Bar Foundation Board of Directors

One position on the Ramsey County Bar Foundation Board of Directors will be available July 1, 2018. The terms are three years.

Ramsey County Law Library Board of Trustees

The RCBA elects two members to the Law Library Board of Trustees. Terms are four years.
